In other words, we provide online guidance while preserving the integrity and cohesiveness of our studio’s design process.

Virtual Consultations by Marcela Cure is a remote interior design service created to provide professional clarity, creative direction, and a cohesive design roadmap without requiring a full renovation or in-person engagement.
This offering is designed for clients who are actively shaping their spaces but want expert guidance before making important decisions. Whether refining a single room or planning a full transformation of a space, our studio provides structured, high-level design support tailored to each project’s scope.
Through a fully virtual process, clients receive direct creative direction from Marcela Cure and her team, along with the tools and guidance needed for clients to execute the on-sight process confidently and independently. Depending on the selected service, this may include live consultations, complete visual concept and mood boards, layout specifications, and custom sourcing lists.
The Virtual Design Studio does not manage procurement or installation. Instead, it delivers a clear and refined design framework allowing clients to implement at their own pace while maintaining access to professional alignment
WORKFLOW
DISCOVERY
The process begins with a detailed discovery phase. You’ll complete a specific questionnaire and provide measurements, photographs, and a short walkthrough video of the space. This step allows the studio to fully understand spatial conditions, functional needs, aesthetic preferences, and overall project goals before the design work begins.

KICKOFF MEETING
Format: Video call
Purpose: Review questionnaire, Clarify lifestyle needs, Confirm spatial priorities, Align on aesthetic direction and Address constraints
This marks the official design start.

Concept Development
Following our kickoff call, we will develop a comprehensive design deck for you. This includes moodboards, layout planning, material and palette exploration, styling direction, and a curated sourcing list with clickable links. The result is a cohesive visual and functional roadmap tailored specifically to the space.

Virtual Install Guidance
If included in the selected service, the studio provides remote installation guidance. Through virtual support, clients receive direction on placement, layering, styling adjustments, and final composition to ensure the design vision is executed with precision.

Final Review
After implementation, clients share updated photographs of the completed space. The studio provides final refinement notes and subtle styling adjustments to ensure the space feels balanced, cohesive, and fully resolved.
